Clifford Chance advised EuroAsia Interconnector on the tender procedure and EPC contracting related to the award of the Cyprus–Greece (Crete) HVDC subsea cable engineering, construction and installation contract to Nexans. The legal support covered the development and construction workstream and contractual aspects associated with the €1.43 billion HVDC subsea cable package for the interconnector.
