In December 2023, Ørsted completed the divestment of a 50% stake in the Gode Wind 3 offshore wind farm to Nuveen Infrastructure, finalising the transfer previously agreed with funds managed by Glennmont Partners from Nuveen. Following completion, Gode Wind 3 became jointly owned by Ørsted and Nuveen Infrastructure on a 50/50 basis.
