Description
WeserWind GmbH Offshore Construction manufactured a share of the tripod foundations for Global Tech I after the original contract was reallocated following SIAG Nordseewerke GmbH’s insolvency; the company fabricated 20 tripods. WeserWind’s Bremerhaven facilities also carried out final assembly of 40 tripod foundations that were subsequently stored and shipped for offshore installation starting in 2013.
