Description
Areva was contracted to supply, install and maintain 80 wind turbines of the M5000 type for the Global Tech I offshore wind farm in the German North Sea. The agreement covered delivery of the wind turbine generators, offshore installation/commissioning activities and the provision of turbine maintenance services as part of the project’s build-out and early operational phase.
