Skyborn Renewables and German transmission system operator 50Hertz signed a cooperation agreement governing the construction and operation of the two offshore substations OSS Darß and OSS Zingst for the OST‑6‑1 grid connection of the 976.5 MW Gennaker offshore wind farm, clearing the way for full commissioning of the wind farm and its grid connection by mid‑2028 under Germany’s territorial waters regulation.
