In June 2014, a consortium comprising CG Power and Industrial Solutions, Cofely Fabricom (now ENGIE Fabricom) and steel constructor Lemants (the FICG consortium) was awarded a €150 million subcontract by Van Oord to design and install Gemini’s substations. The scope covers two offshore high‑voltage substations and one onshore transformer station that connect the 600 MW wind farm to the Dutch grid.
