Description
PSC acted as technical advisor to Diamond Transmission Partners (DTP) and its lenders for OFTO bid-stage technical due diligence covering the Galloper offshore transmission system assets (including offshore transformer/reactive compensation platforms, HV export cables and the onshore substation). PSC provided technical due diligence reporting, availability forecasting, review of O&M arrangements, spares recommendations, and continued support into the operational phase.
