On 2 March 2017, Siemens awarded 3sun Group a contract for the pre‑assembly of 56 turbine towers for the Galloper offshore wind farm at Great Yarmouth’s port, with works to start the following month and components to be lifted by a new 120 m quayside crane before offshore installation about 20 miles off the Suffolk coast.
