From the week commencing 8 September 2025, Five Estuaries and North Falls planned to start a second stage of joint archaeological trial‑trenching surveys between Bentley Road and Ardleigh Road near Little Bentley, to assess archaeological potential along part of the proposed onshore development boundary ahead of main construction.
