On 1 July 2013, the Nordic Investment Bank provided an additional EUR 10 million loan to Estonian TSO Elering AS for EstLink 2, reducing Elering’s own funding need and bringing NIB’s total contribution to approximately EUR 75 million, or about 23% of the project’s roughly EUR 325 million cost.
