EolMed/Gruissan floating offshore windfarm connection; 66 kV export cable system (subsea static + dynamic tail) and ~2.7 km underground/onshore section; Asso.subsea vessels Atalanti/Argo/Artemis used
Asso.subsea (as part of a Prysmian-led consortium) contracted by RTE to support the EolMed (Gruissan) 66 kV HVAC export connection, providing cable-laying and associated marine spread using its vessels, including the cable-laying vessel Atalanti and trenching/support vessels (e.g., Argo and Artemis). The scope described for the project included marine activities such as cable loading/transportation and installation support, alongside landfall works (e.g., HDD and pull-ins) for the export cable system linking the floating electrical hub to the onshore grid near Port-La-Nouvelle/Gruissan.
