Description
CMS Hasche Sigle advised EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG on the Hohe See offshore wind farm project, covering legal aspects of structuring the project, the procedure for selecting the co-investor Enbridge, and the negotiations with Enbridge for a 49.9% stake. CMS also advised on tendering procedures and on negotiating the project contracts for construction of the wind farm.
