EnBW signed a contract with Siemens AG (Siemens Wind Power) to supply and install 71 SWT‑7.0‑154 offshore wind turbines for the 497 MW EnBW Hohe See offshore wind farm in the German North Sea, located about 90 km north of Borkum, with grid connection planned in 2019. The deal makes Siemens the turbine supplier for Hohe See under a combined supply-and-installation package that also covers installation vessels.
