The German Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) issued a public-law approval (öffentlich-rechtliche Zulassung) for the offshore wind farm "Hohe See" on 5 July 2006, establishing a 50 MW connection capacity for the project on grid connection system NOR-6-2, as later referenced in a Bundesnetzagentur decision on capacity relocation.
