In March 2015, FRS Windcat Offshore Logistics (FWOL), a joint venture between Windcat Workboats and FRS Offshore, was awarded a five‑year contract to provide a crew transfer vessel for the EnBW Baltic 2 offshore wind farm. Under the agreement, FWOL supplies the Windcat 34 vessel to transport technicians daily from the port of Rostock to the Baltic 2 site, located 32 km north of Rügen Island. The long‑term charter supports construction completion and subsequent operations and maintenance by ensuring reliable personnel transfer between shore and the 288 MW offshore wind farm.
