Elmed Etudes was identified by the World Bank Tunisia–Italy Power Interconnector project preparation programme as the implementing entity responsible for project management services supporting the preparation and structuring of the ELMED Italy–Tunisia HVDC interconnector. The project management scope covered managing and coordinating the preparation studies and related activities needed to advance the interconnector towards financing and execution.
