Ocean Infinity

Ocean Infinity was engaged to perform geotechnical investigations for Eastern Green Link 5 in English waters. The campaign was reported to commence on 23 November 2025 using survey vessel A7803 and was scheduled to run northwards along the proposed route, with expected completion by the end of February 2026. The work collected seabed and sub-seabed samples and in‑situ tests to inform cable route engineering, burial feasibility and the Environmental Impact Assessment (the project scope identifies vibrocorer and CPT as typical geotechnical methods to be used).
