Collaborative Environmental Advisers prepared the Marine Environmental Appraisal non-statutory scoping report for the Eastern Green Link 3 project. The consultancy produced the scoping/reporting material used to support the applicants' Marine Licence pre-application process and described the marine survey programme, environmental constraints, and the scope of assessments that would inform subsequent Marine Licence Applications. The work supported consenting by documenting baseline survey activity, screening of potential impacts on protected sites and features, and setting out the approach for Marine Environmental Appraisal (MEA) to be submitted to the Marine Directorate and the MMO. The report was prepared for the joint applicants (NGET and SHE-T) and was published as part of the project's pre-application/consultation material in April 2024.
