Gardiner & Theobald (G&T) was engaged to provide PMO and cost consultancy support to the Eastern Green Link 2 (EGL2) programme. G&T established Project Management Office functions including change control, cost control and integrated digital reporting to consolidate cost, schedule, risk and change information into a single reporting platform for the joint venture and its parent companies. The work aimed to improve programme governance, transparency to regulators and stakeholders, and to support efficient delivery of the UK’s longest subsea HVDC link.
