CMS advised National Grid Electricity Transmission plc and SP Transmission plc on matters relating to the Eastern Green Link 1 (EGL1) project. The firm provided multidisciplinary legal advice to support the joint venture parties during the project development and procurement phase. CMS's team covered energy, corporate, tax, disputes and procurement matters in relation to the delivery arrangements for EGL1.
