In August 2025, Iberdrola reported that the world’s largest crane vessel had successfully installed the offshore converter station jacket foundation for the East Anglia THREE offshore wind farm off the coast of Norfolk, England. The approximately 3,700-tonne, 59-metre-high jacket was manufactured by Aker Solutions in Norway and installed offshore by Heerema Marine Contractors.
