Construction Update

WNoO #016/2026 — as-built 2026-04-20 (transmission scope) Progress: OFCS jacket and topside complete (jacket installed 11/08/2025; topside installed 16/10/2025); OFCS in active commissioning phase, with accommodation jack-up JB 120 jacked up alongside and PSV Bos Prelude running regular cargo runs from Emden and Lowestoft; no first-electricity / energisation date published in this notice. Onshore Bramford converter not covered by WNoO scope. This period: JB 120 remained jacked up at the OFCS providing accommodation and walk-to-work access for commissioning teams; Bos Prelude continued cargo runs between Emden (Germany) and Lowestoft (UK); helicopter personnel transfers to OFCS conducted; ERRV Esvagt Cobra on-station; ERRV Esvagt Carpathia held off-site on standby. Forecast next 7 days: continued commissioning works on OFCS; Grampian Eagle (OFCS PSV) mobilising from Lowestoft per NTM 017/2026 (start 19/04/2026); JB 120 to remain on station; Bos Prelude continued cargo runs. Active fleet (transmission scope): PSV Bos Prelude, Grampian Eagle (mobilising); accommodation jack-up JB 120; ERRVs Esvagt Cobra (on-station), Esvagt Carpathia (off-site standby). Heavy lift / topside install was performed earlier by Heerema's SSCV Sleipnir (Oct 2025, off WNoO scope). Pre-OFTO-transfer state: project is being delivered under developer build-and-transfer model; Ofgem TR13 OFTO tender progressing in parallel with five shortlisted bidders.
