OceanIQ performed an export cable constructability assessment for the East Anglia ONE project, covering route engineering for an HVAC submarine export cable corridor between the wind farm site in the Southern North Sea and East Anglia. The scope included research into geohazards, human hazards, constraints and other routeing influences, and assessment of practical installation methodologies to inform routing decisions. Deliverables included a route position list and inputs to marine survey planning, as well as information on cable installation and maintenance requirements for the region.
