On 11 November 2020, The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (TRIG) exchanged contracts to acquire a 14.3% indirect equity interest in the 714 MW East Anglia One offshore wind farm from Green Investment Group. The investment, made via a 50% interest in the holding company through which Green Investment Group’s original stake was held, is subject to consent from The Crown Estate and expected completion by Q1 2021.
