ScottishPower Renewables awarded Tata Steel’s Hartlepool SAW Mill a contract to supply 4,400 tonnes of structural pipe for the turbine foundations on the East Anglia ONE offshore wind farm. The foundation steel contract, announced alongside the JDR intra-array cable award, supports around 130 employees at Tata Steel’s Hartlepool site and contributes key fabricated components for the project’s jacket foundations.
