On 24 August 2018, Ofgem published the draft cost assessment report for the Dudgeon offshore transmission assets and issued it alongside the section 8A offshore transmission licence consultation, setting out the assessed costs that would underpin the licence tender revenue stream for the eventual OFTO owner.
