Dudgeon Offshore Wind Limited acts as the O&M contractor for TC Dudgeon OFTO plc under a transfer agreement, providing operations and maintenance services for the regulated transmission asset base. Its responsibilities include managing routine and major maintenance on the offshore substation, the twin 132 kV HVAC subsea export cables and associated onshore export cables, as well as primary plant at the onshore substation interface with National Grid at Necton. DOWL coordinates OEM‑led works, such as Siemens’ primary equipment maintenance and shunt reactor repairs, and oversees condition monitoring activities and planned outages, ensuring high availability of the Dudgeon OFTO link over its regulated period.
