The Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farm developers entered into contracts with SHL Offshore Contractors B.V. for installation of foundations and substructures across the wind farm, including the offshore substation topside and jacket that form part of the Dudgeon OFTO transmission assets. The SHL scope covered management, engineering, transport and installation activities for these structures, with a defined share of the contract costs allocated directly to the transmission assets in Ofgem’s ex‑ante cost review.
