Onshore construction for the Dudgeon transmission system, including works along the onshore cable corridor, had just begun by May 2015. Ducting was being deployed on the Dudgeon onshore cable corridor as part of early civil works to prepare the route that would carry electricity from the offshore wind farm to the new Necton substation, ahead of offshore installation campaigns planned for 2016 and 2017.
