On 23 November 2017, following its selection as preferred bidder for the Dudgeon offshore transmission licence, Transmission Capital Partners established TC Dudgeon OFTO plc as a special purpose company, incorporated by a consortium of Transmission Capital Partners Limited Partnership and International Public Partnerships Limited, to acquire and own the Dudgeon offshore transmission assets under Ofgem’s offshore transmission regime.
