On 7 November 2018, Ofgem published its cost assessment decision for the Dudgeon offshore transmission assets, setting the final transfer value at £297.9 million. This Final Transfer Value, derived from detailed review of the developer’s costs and subsequent adjustments from earlier indicative values, determined the amount payable by TC Dudgeon OFTO plc to the developer and was incorporated into the project’s tender revenue stream under the OFTO regulatory framework.
