Masdar, China Resources Power and Equinor agreed to merge the Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farm Extension and Sheringham Shoal Offshore Wind Farm Extension projects into a single joint ownership and delivery structure under one legal entity. The merger, on which Clifford Chance advised Masdar and China Resources Power, will bring the extensions under a coordinated joint venture owned 35% by Equinor, 35% by Masdar and 30% by China Resources Power for Dudgeon Extension, with completion subject to regulatory approval.
