On 1 December 2023, RWE and Masdar signed joint venture agreements to co-develop the 3 GW Dogger Bank South offshore wind projects, comprising the DBS East and DBS West (Dogger Bank South West) sites in the North Sea over 100 km off the UK coast, with RWE leading development, construction and operations and Masdar joining as a minority partner.
