On 1 December 2023, RWE and Masdar formed joint ventures to co‑develop the Dogger Bank South offshore wind projects, comprising the DBS East and DBS West sites with a combined planned capacity of 3 GW located over 100 km off the east coast of England. The partnership establishes a shared ownership and delivery structure under which the two companies will jointly take forward these flagship offshore wind farms.
