On 24 November 2025, Fugro completed the overall geotechnical site investigations for the eastern array of the Dogger Bank South offshore wind farms (DBS East), having deployed five vessels to collect core samples and cone penetration test data from up to 50 metres beneath the seafloor; the project moved into laboratory testing and reporting to process the data for detailed foundation design of turbines and platforms.
