RWE states that the Dogger Bank South East (DBS East) offshore wind farm, one of two 1.5 GW Dogger Bank South projects being co-developed with Masdar, is expected to be fully commissioned and in commercial operation in 2032 in the shallow waters of Dogger Bank over 100 km off the northeast coast of England.
