A non‑statutory community consultation on the Dogger Bank D offshore wind farm took place in autumn 2024, giving local stakeholders in East Riding of Yorkshire the opportunity to comment on emerging project proposals ahead of the formal planning process. This consultation formed part of pre‑application engagement prior to the statutory Development Consent Order (DCO) consultation planned for summer 2025.
