In February 2015, a Development Consent Order (DCO) for Dogger Bank A and Dogger Bank B was made by the UK Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, granting overall planning consent for these phases and including deemed Marine Management Organisation (MMO) marine licences within the order schedules.
