Inter-array cable installation for Dogger Bank B is planned to start on or around 5 October 2024, when DEME’s cable lay vessel VIKING NEPTUN will begin deploying 66 kV inter-array cables within the Dogger Bank B offshore wind farm area. The campaign, supported by the walk-to-work vessel SUDRI ENABLER and followed by trenching operations by the TSV C-INSTALLER, represents the start of the main offshore inter-array cable installation works for this phase, in line with earlier plans for Dogger Bank B inter-array cable installation to commence in autumn 2024.
