Description
Hitachi ABB Power Grids was selected to supply and install its HVDC Light® technology for the transmission links for all three phases of Dogger Bank Wind Farm. Hitachi ABB Power Grids’ scope of supply included design, engineering, procurement, construction and installation of six HVDC converter stations (three offshore and three onshore), connecting Dogger Bank’s offshore HVDC platforms to the onshore grid connections at Creyke Beck (Dogger Bank A and B) and Teesside (Dogger Bank C).
