This period: All Wind Turbine Generators in place — site transitioned from installation to "Commissioning and Maintenance operations" per Section 3.1. All inter-array cables installed and trenched (Section 3.2); cables progressively energised under Electrical Safety Rules across the array, mapped on Figure 2. The Jack-up WTIV Voltaire (Jan De Nul) remains on station for residual support work; the WTG installation campaign for DBA itself was concluded with the final WTG installed in mid-February 2026 (WNoO Rev 206), after which Voltaire moved on to begin turbine installation at Dogger Bank B.
