By late July 2024, installation of more than 328 kilometres (over 200 miles) of 66 kV inter-array cables for Dogger Bank A was completed, with DEME Offshore’s vessels Viking Neptun and Living Stone laying and burying 95 cables to connect the phase’s 95 Haliade‑X 13 MW turbines to the offshore converter station, marking completion of all inter-array cabling for the first 1.2 GW phase.
