Hitachi Energy was selected to supply HVDC Light systems for the Dogger Bank HVDC connections, including the Dogger Bank A link to the UK mainland. Its stated total scope of supply covered design, engineering, procurement, construction and installation of the converter stations (three offshore and three onshore across Dogger Bank A, B and C), including the offshore HVDC converter station function and installation activities.
