In IPTO’s Network Development Plan 2023–2032, presented in May 2023, the Dodecanese Interconnection is listed as a major transmission project with an expected commissioning date of 2028 and a total cost of about €1,451 million. This plan confirms the regulated status and schedule of the Dodecanese corridor that includes the Rhodes Thermal Power Station–Karpathos Phase B link.
