On 17 March 2022, French TSO Réseau de Transport d’Électricité (RTE) awarded Nexans a contract worth around EUR 100 million to supply and install the 225 kV export cable system for the Dieppe–Le Tréport offshore wind farm grid connection. Under this turnkey deal, Nexans will deliver two 23.5 km subsea three-core 225 kV cables and 18 km of 225 kV onshore cables (47 km offshore and 18 km onshore in total), including installation, burial and protection, plus long‑term inspection, maintenance and repair services, thereby providing the full export link between the offshore substation and the French onshore grid for the 496 MW project.
