DELAYED +4mo (Apr 2026): ADMIE Holdings FY2025 Annual Report (April 2026) states SW Cyclades integration is targeted for H2 2026, not H1 2026 as previously projected. Shifting to mid-H2 2026 (October). --- IPTO plans to complete Phase D of the Cyclades interconnection such that the remaining southwest Cyclades islands—Folegandros, Milos and Serifos—are integrated into the Hellenic High Voltage System by the end of the first half of 2026. For the Serifos–Milos 150 kV submarine interconnector, this timeline represents the expected commissioning and start of full commercial operation as part of the wider Cyclades Phase D project.
