ADMIE Holdings FY2025 annual results report (published April 2026) confirms comprehensive progress on the Milos-Folegandros segment of Cyclades Phase D. The laying of the submarine high-voltage cable for the Milos-Folegandros interconnection was completed in February 2025. Protection works for the submarine cable were completed in June 2025. GIS substation construction on Milos and Folegandros is progressing towards completion. The southwest Cyclades islands (Folegandros, Milos and Serifos) are targeted for integration into the High Voltage System by the end of H2 2026. Capital expenditure on Cyclades interconnection works in FY2025 totalled EUR 106.6 million across all Phase D segments. The project is co-financed by the Recovery and Resilience Fund Greece 2.0.
