IPTO plans for the Cyclades Phase D Milos–Folegandros 150 kV AC submarine and land cable section, including the new GIS substations on Milos and Folegandros within the Lavrio–Serifos–Milos–Folegandros–Thira–Naxos scheme, to be fully integrated into the Hellenic Electricity Transmission System and operating at full capacity by the end of the first half of 2026, in line with the overall Phase D commissioning target of 2026.
