The second phase of the Cyclades submarine interconnection entered its final stage, with Prysmian scheduled to begin installation of the upgraded high-voltage cable systems on the Evia–Andros and Andros–Tinos links the following week under a contract with Greek transmission operator IPTO, covering about €21 million of upgrade works to increase capacity on these segments.
