Description
Bilfinger was appointed by Cerulean Winds to join the alliance developing the Aspen, Beech and Cedar floating offshore wind farms. Bilfinger was selected as operations and maintenance (O&M) partner, with early involvement to advise on O&M during detailed design and then deliver O&M services once the developments are built.
